Why Can't I See Offers (Beta) Yet?

You've heard about Offers (currently in Beta testing) on Hummingbirds, but you're not seeing them in your account. Don't worry - this is expected as we rollout Offers gradually!

To provide the best possible experience, we're introducing Offers gradually rather than making them available everywhere at once.

This allows us to:

• Ensure there are enough Offers available for users in each market

• Continue bringing new Brands and products onto the platform

• Provide the right level of support as we grow

• Create the best possible experience for hummingbirds using Offers

As we continue expanding, more markets will gain access over time.

We're actively working to bring Offers to more users and markets as quickly as possible.

At this time, we don't have exact timelines to share for future market launches.

As new markets become available, access will continue to expand.

We know many hummingbirds are excited about Offers, and we're excited to bring them to more communities soon.

Offers are shown based on your registered address and search radius.

If Offers are available in your area and within your search radius, they'll appear in your Discover Feed.

If you don't see Offers yet, it may mean:

• Offers have not launched in your area yet

• There are currently no eligible Offers within your search radius

• Your area is not yet included in the current rollout

There are a few reasons this can happen.

The most common reason is that Offers are still being rolled out gradually and access may not be identical for every user.

In some cases, users who join through a referral or shared Offer experience may gain access before broader market availability.

Because of this, it's possible for someone in the same area to have access to Offers while another user does not.

At this time, support is unable to manually grant access to Offers.

Access is added as part of our ongoing rollout and expansion efforts.
