I Saved the Offer - Why Did It Disappear (or Moved to "Closed")?

Offers have limited availability and can become inactive after they've been saved.

When you save an Offer, it is added to your My Offers section so you can easily find it later.

However, saving an Offer does not reserve inventory or guarantee availability.

Offers can still expire or run out after they've been saved.

It didn’t disappear! It just moved to “Closed” status on the Offers tab. The most common reasons are:

Offers are available for a limited time.

Once an Offer reaches its expiration date, it becomes inactive and can no longer be redeemed.

Offers have a limited number of available redemptions.

Once all available redemptions have been claimed, the Offer becomes inactive.

In some cases, an Offer may be removed before its scheduled expiration date.

If this happens, the Offer will become inactive and will no longer be available for redemption.

When an Offer becomes inactive:

• New redemptions are no longer accepted

• The Offer can no longer be saved

• Receipt uploads are no longer available

• Commissions can no longer be earned from new redemptions

Unfortunately, inactive Offers can no longer be redeemed.

This is why we recommend:

• Checking that an Offer is still active before heading to the store

• Uploading your receipt as soon as possible after making your purchase

• Avoiding waiting until the last minute to redeem

The best way to avoid missing out is to redeem Offers you're interested in as soon as possible.

Remember:

• Saving an Offer does not reserve inventory

• Offers can expire

• Offers can run out

• A Going Fast indicator means the Offer is nearly out of available redemptions

• Uploading your receipt promptly helps avoid redemption issues

If an Offer is on your list, we recommend acting sooner rather than later.

Products can have multiple Offers over time.

Even if an Offer has expired or run out, the product may receive a new Offer in the future.

If you've added the product to one of your Nests, you'll be able to see future Offers that become available for that product.
