An Offer is a cash-back opportunity tied to a specific product.

When you save an Offer, purchase the product at an Eligible Retailer, upload your receipt, and have your receipt approved, you'll earn cash back in your Offers Wallet.

Any registered user of the Hummingbirds platform can participate in Offers.

Offers do not require content creation, an application, or a connected Instagram account.

To redeem an Offer:

1. Save the Offer

2. Purchase the product at an Eligible Retailer

3. Upload a photo of your physical receipt

4. Have your receipt approved

5. Receive cash back in your Offers Wallet

The redemption process must be completed in this order.

No.

Saving an Offer adds it to your My Offers section, but it does not reserve inventory or guarantee availability.

Offers can still expire or run out after they've been saved.

Yes.

Offers have a limited number of available redemptions and can expire or run out over time.

If an Offer is becoming especially popular, you may see a Going Fast indicator on the Offer.

Saved Offers appear in your My Offers section.

This is where you can view your saved Offers, upload receipts, and track the status of your redemptions.

Yes.

Every Offer can be shared using a unique share link.

You do not need to save or redeem an Offer before sharing it.

Yes.

When someone redeems an active Offer through your shared Offer link, you earn a Commission.

At launch, Commissions are $1 per redemption by a unique user.

No.

You can share an Offer whether or not you've saved or redeemed it yourself.

No.

Offers require a photo of a physical receipt from an eligible in-store purchase.

Digital receipts, email receipts, screenshots, and retailer app receipts are not eligible for redemption.

Your receipt will be reviewed.

Some receipts may be approved automatically, while others may require review by a member of the Hummingbirds team.

You'll receive updates by email if additional review is needed.

Some receipts require additional review to verify the purchase details.

This is a normal part of the redemption process and does not necessarily mean there's a problem with your receipt.

At launch, receipt reviews may take up to 48 hours to complete.

If your receipt requires manual review, we'll notify you once a decision has been made.

Yes.

If you purchased multiple eligible products during the same shopping trip, the same receipt can be used for multiple Offer redemptions.

Each Offer must still be uploaded and redeemed separately.

Once an Offer becomes inactive, it can no longer be redeemed.

We recommend confirming an Offer is still active before heading to the store and uploading your receipt shortly after making your purchase.

Cash back is added to your Offers Wallet after your receipt is approved.

The Offers Wallet is where your Offers earnings are stored.

Your Wallet combines:

• Cash back from your own Offer redemptions

• Commissions earned through shared Offer and Nest links

You can cash out once your Offers Wallet balance reaches at least $20.

At launch:

• A minimum balance of $20 is required

• Withdrawals are all-or-nothing

• A debit card must be connected before withdrawing funds

No.

Offers do not require a connected Instagram account.

Instagram is only required for Campaign participation.

Offers and Campaigns are separate products on Hummingbirds.

Offers allow you to earn cash back and Commissions through product discovery and sharing.

Campaigns allow selected users to partner with Brands and create Instagram content in exchange for a Perk.
