Why Can't I Upload My Receipt Anymore?
There are a few reasons why you may no longer see the option to upload a receipt for an Offer.
In most cases, it's because the Offer is no longer active or your receipt has already been submitted.
The Offer Expired
Offers are only available for a limited time.
Once an Offer reaches its expiration date, it becomes inactive and can no longer be redeemed.
If an Offer expires, you will no longer be able to upload a receipt for that Offer.
The Offer Ran Out of Inventory
Offers have a limited number of available redemptions.
Once all available redemptions have been claimed, the Offer becomes inactive.
When this happens, receipt uploads are no longer accepted for that Offer.
You Already Submitted a Receipt
If you've already uploaded a receipt for an Offer, you may no longer see the upload option.
You can check the status of your redemption in your My Offers section.
Depending on the status, your receipt may be:
Pending Review
Needs Attention
Approved
Denied or Redemption Failure
The Offer Was Removed
In some cases, an Offer may be removed before its scheduled expiration date.
If this happens, the Offer will become inactive and receipt uploads will no longer be available.
How Can I Avoid Missing an Offer?
The best way to avoid missing a redemption opportunity is to complete the process as soon as possible.
We recommend:
Checking that the Offer is still active before heading to the store
Confirming you’re purchasing the correct product at an Eligible Retailer
Uploading your receipt as soon as possible after your purchase
Avoiding waiting until the last minute to redeem
Remember: saving an Offer does not reserve inventory.
If an Offer is running low on available redemptions, you may see a Going Fast indicator on the Offer. This means the Offer is nearly out of available redemptions and may become unavailable soon.
What If I Already Purchased the Product?
Unfortunately, once an Offer becomes inactive, it can no longer be redeemed.
This is why we strongly recommend checking that an Offer is still active before making a purchase and uploading your receipt shortly after your shopping trip.
Waiting too long between purchasing a product and uploading your receipt increases the risk that an Offer could expire or run out before your redemption is completed.
