Can I Buy Online or Through a Delivery Service Like Instacart?

No.

At launch, Offers are only eligible for products purchased in-store at an Eligible Retailer.

Purchases made through:

• Instacart

• DoorDash

• Shipt

• Uber Eats

• Retailer delivery services

• Retailer pickup services

• Online ordering

are not currently eligible for Offer redemption.

Offers currently require a physical receipt from an in-store purchase.

Because online orders, delivery services, and pickup orders use different purchase and receipt systems, we’re not currently able to reliably verify these purchases through the Offers platform.

As a result, receipts from these purchases cannot be approved for cash back.

Curbside pickup orders are also considered online purchases and are not currently eligible for Offer redemption.

To qualify for an Offer, you must visit the store and complete your purchase in person.

We’re always looking for ways to improve the Offers experience and expand redemption options.

While we don’t have any specific timelines to share, supporting additional purchase methods is something we’re actively exploring as Offers continues to evolve.

To ensure your Offer qualifies for cash back:

• Save the Offer before shopping

• Visit an Eligible Retailer in person

• Purchase the qualifying product in-store

• Upload a photo of your physical receipt

Following these steps will help ensure your redemption can be successfully reviewed and approved.
