Why Can't I Cash Out?

If you're unable to cash out your Offers Wallet balance, there are a few common reasons.

At launch, your Offers Wallet balance must be at least $20 before you can cash out.

Your Wallet balance includes:

• Cash back earned from Offer redemptions

• Commissions earned through shared Offer links

• Commissions earned through shared Nest links

If your balance is below $20, you'll need to continue earning before the cash-out option becomes available.

A personal debit card connected to a checking account must be connected to your account before you can withdraw funds from your Wallet.

At launch, debit cards are the only supported cash-out method. Please review this article for questions on qualifying payment methods.

You do not need to connect a debit card to:

• Save Offers

• Redeem Offers

• Create Nests

• Earn Commissions

However, a debit card is required before you can withdraw your earnings.

At launch, partial withdrawals are not supported.

When you cash out, your entire available Wallet balance will be withdrawn.

For example:

• If your balance is $22, you'll cash out $22

• If your balance is $35, you'll cash out $35

You cannot choose to withdraw only a portion of your available balance.

There is currently no limit to how often you can withdraw funds from your Offers Wallet.

However, each cash-out request must meet the current minimum cash-out requirement.

At launch, you’ll need a Wallet balance of at least $20 before you can withdraw your funds.

For example:

• If you cash out your entire balance and later earn another $20, you can cash out again.

• If your balance is below $20, you’ll need to continue earning until the minimum threshold is reached.

As long as you meet the minimum cash-out requirement and have a supported debit card connected to your account, you can withdraw your earnings whenever you’d like.

Once your cash-out request is submitted, it may take up to 3 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or debit card balance.

Campaign Perks are not included in your Wallet and cannot be cashed out through Hummingbirds.
