Can I Use the Same Debit Card on Multiple Hummingbirds Accounts?
No.
For security reasons, a debit card may only be connected to one Hummingbirds account, and it must belong to the owner of that account.
If the same debit card is connected to multiple accounts, payouts may be delayed or declined until the issue is resolved.
Can I Connect Someone Else's Debit Card?
No.
The debit card connected to your Hummingbirds account must be issued in your name and associated with your billing address.
For your security, we aren't able to send payouts to a debit card belonging to:
A spouse or partner
A family member
A friend
Another Hummingbirds user
Any other third party
Why Does Hummingbirds Require This?
These requirements help us:
Protect your earnings
Prevent fraudulent or abusive activity
Verify that payouts are being sent to the correct person
Keep the Offers program fair and secure for all Hummingbirds
I'm Part of the Same Household. Can We Share a Debit Card or Receipts?
No.
Even if multiple Hummingbirds live in the same household, each person must have:
Their own Hummingbirds account
Their own supported debit card that matches the name on their account
Their own qualifying purchases
Their own physical receipts
Receipts cannot be shared between accounts, and the same purchase cannot be used to redeem Offers for multiple Hummingbirds.
Each Hummingbird must independently purchase qualifying products and submit their own receipt for redemption.
What Happens If I Use Someone Else's Debit Card or Create Multiple Accounts?
To help protect the integrity of Offers, Hummingbirds monitors for unusual account and payout activity.
Using someone else's debit card, connecting the same debit card to multiple accounts, sharing receipts between accounts, or creating multiple accounts to redeem additional Offers may be flagged for review as potentially fraudulent or abusive activity.
If activity cannot be verified or is found to violate our program requirements, payouts may be delayed or denied, Offers may be declined, and Hummingbirds accounts may be suspended or permanently removed from the platform.
If your account is flagged in error, our Support team will work with you to review the situation. However, not all account actions can be reversed, so we strongly recommend following the requirements outlined above.
What Should I Do If My Payout Was Declined?
If your payout couldn't be processed because of the debit card connected to your account, you'll need to:
Remove the unsupported debit card.
Connect a supported debit card that is in your name and associated with your billing address.
Contact the Hummingbirds Support team once you've updated your payment method.
We'll be happy to attempt to reset your pending payout so you can submit your cash-out request again.
