What should I do if I can no longer participate in a campaign?
If you were selected for a campaign and confirmed your spot, but can no longer participate, please let us know ASAP. Message the contact info found in the campaign information or send an email to help@hummingbirds.com.
We understand that things happen, but birds who stick to their commitments and/or let us know ASAP when a conflict arises, get picked for more campaigns. We want both you and the brands to have great experiences, and much of that comes down to the brands providing wonderful experiences and the birds following through on their commitments.
Maintaining Good Standing on the Platform
When you engage in a campaign, we expect you to honor your commitment and show up for the business or brand like you said you would. Bailing on an event or not completing a campaign without notice will result in being removed from the platform. Always strive to complete your commitments, but if circumstances prevent you from doing so, prompt and honest communication is key.
Please note that there is no self-service option to withdraw from confirmed campaigns through the app or website. This policy ensures reliability for brands working with our content creators. In case of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances that prevent your participation, contact us immediately to explain your situation and discuss possible alternatives or extensions.
