One of the best ways to get picked for the most in-demand campaigns is to participate in campaigns that are not as high-demand to help build your profile. This includes engaging with a variety of opportunities, such as community campaigns and those specifically designed for new users. Regularly check for new opportunities, especially on Fridays when campaigns may be posted on Instagram Stories.
To further improve your chances:
Fully complete your profile on the platform
Keep your social media accounts connected and up-to-date
Maintain a proactive approach by expressing interest in a wide range of opportunities
Create high-quality user-generated content with good images, video, and audio
Work on increasing your engagement metrics by growing your audience and encouraging meaningful interactions
Craft a compelling "bird blurb" that showcases why you'd be a great fit for brands
Complete campaigns on time and according to instructions
Communicate proactively if you anticipate difficulties meeting a deadline

Important note for users with multiple profiles: If you maintain multiple profiles, you can participate in campaigns, but you must choose only one profile per campaign. For example, if you've been selected for a New Bird campaign with one profile, you won't be eligible to be selected again with another profile. Always opt in to campaigns using only one of your profiles to stay within platform rules.
