Trouble Locating Products in Store?
If you are unable to find the product at your preferred location, please don't go to multiple stores. Reach out to us at help@hummingbirds.com with the location you visited and we will provide a backup plan to get the product. We want to be sure this is a great experience for you and you don't have to run around to multiple stores. 🙂
For campaigns with specific brands like Clean Age at Target, you may be able to order products online through Target.com or Amazon.com using the provided gift card if in-store availability is limited.
If you're having trouble finding a specific display (like a 5-hour ENERGY Rocket Raspberry display at Circle K), try visiting additional locations of the specified store in your area. If still unsuccessful, consider using alternative product images available to you while incorporating the required campaign elements.
Ordering Products Online
If you are unable to find a product at any local store, you have several options:
Order directly from the brand's website. This allows you to complete the campaign even if the product is not available in your area.
Check other online retailers that may carry the product.
Some stores offer online ordering for in-store pickup at a later date.
If a product is not yet available at your preferred retailer, check when they expect it to be in stock and consider purchasing from another authorized retailer in the meantime.
When ordering online:
Visit the brand's website or approved online retailer and locate the product you need.
Select the correct product and quantity for your campaign requirements.
Complete the online ordering process.
If delivery is expected close to the campaign deadline, proceed with planning and creating your content while waiting for the products to arrive.
Requesting Deadline Extensions
If you are unable to obtain a product in time to meet the campaign deadline, you can request an extension from the Hummingbirds team.
Contact the Hummingbirds team (help@hummingbirds.com) as soon as possible and explain the situation regarding the product's unavailability.
Request a longer timeframe to complete your post and obtain the product.
The Hummingbirds team will work to accommodate you as the brand and campaign timeline allows.
Be sure to act promptly once an extension is granted to ensure you can fulfill the campaign obligations within the new timeframe.
Participating in Campaigns with Limited Product Availability
If, for example, your local store only has 2 of the 3 required flavors for a campaign, you can still participate by purchasing the 2 available flavors. The campaign guidelines will typically state that you need to purchase at least 2 flavors, and your content should feature one of the approved flavors. You can order the flavors directly from the brand's website, and shipping is often free on bundle purchases.
