Can't find the product in store?

If you are unable to find the product at your preferred location, please don't go to multiple stores. Instead, we recommend these options:

  • Check product availability using the store locator listed in the campaign brief prior to heading to the store.

  • Ask store employees about the location of the product & if it's available in the back stockroom

  • Reach out to us at help@hummingbirds.com with the location you visited or use our chatbot and we will provide a backup plan to get the product

For campaign participants, we recommend waiting until the official campaign start date to purchase products, as some products are new and might not yet be on shelves. We want to be sure this is a great experience for you and you don't have to run around to multiple stores. 🙂
