Can't find the product in store?

If you are unable to find the product at your preferred location, please don't go to multiple stores. Instead, we recommend these options:

  • Check product availability using the store locator on the retailer's app or website before visiting

  • Reach out to us at help@hummingbirds.com with the location you visited and we will provide a backup plan to get the product

  • Check alternative purchasing channels such as online retailers, Amazon, or our official website

  • Ask store employees about potential restocking timelines or check other nearby locations

  • Contact our campaign support team who may be able to arrange direct product shipment from the brand

For campaign participants, we recommend waiting until the official campaign start date to purchase products, as brands often restock just before launch. We want to be sure this is a great experience for you and you don't have to run around to multiple stores. 🙂
