At this time, it’s not possible to request additional compensation beyond what’s already offered in a campaign’s perk.
That said:

You’re more likely to be selected for higher-value campaigns if you:
Complete campaigns consistently
Follow all directions
Submit content on time
Create thoughtful, high-quality posts
