Great question — and the answer is: it depends entirely on the campaign! Different brands handle product delivery in different ways, and we always include those details in your campaign confirmation.

Here are the most common methods:

This is the most common! You'll receive a gift card to purchase the product at a specific retailer (like Target, Whole Foods, or Walmart) or wherever the brand is sold. Gift cards typically include enough to cover the product plus a little extra for whatever else you'd like to pick up!

In some cases, the brand may give you a gift card to shop from their website or another online retailer.

You might receive a promo code to redeem the product online — free of charge or heavily discounted.

Occasionally, brands ship the product straight to your door. If this is the case, you’ll be notified via email and/or in the campaign details.
