How to Contact Meta Support

If you run into an issue tied directly to your Instagram account, you’ll need to be the one to submit a ticket to Meta.

Steps to Contact Meta via Instagram

1. Open the Instagram app and tap your profile picture in the bottom right

2. Tap the Menu (three lines) in the top right corner

3. Scroll down and select Help

4. Tap Report a Problem

5. Follow the on-screen steps to explain what’s going on

What to Say in Your Report

When you describe your issue to Meta, you can include this line:

“I’m a creator on the Hummingbirds platform (www.hummingbirds.com), which uses my Instagram connection only to upload my campaign content and track metrics. I’m having trouble connecting my Instagram account to the platform and need help fixing it please.”

This helps Meta’s team understand the context right away.
