Metrics Displaying Incorrectly? Here’s What To Do

If your metrics in the Hummingbirds platform show numbers, but they're incorrect:
This is an issue we’re currently working through, as it appears to be tied to Meta’s integration. While we don’t yet have a timeline for a permanent fix, here’s what you should know:
• 🚫 It’s not impacting your overall performance
• ✅ Brands are aware of the issue
• 📝 We’re manually collecting your metrics and sharing them directly with brands
Most of the time, metrics just need a little extra time to update, so usually no action is needed.
🛠️ Troubleshooting Steps if Metrics Show as “0”
If your metrics are showing as 0 across the board, try these quick fixes:
1. Disconnect and reconnect your Instagram account to the Hummingbirds platform
2. Check back in a few hours to see if the metrics have updated
3. Still showing as 0? Reach out to us at help@hummingbirds.com and we’ll take it from there
