How to check campaign completion status & rates
Checking Campaign Completion Status
To check if you have successfully completed a campaign on Hummingbirds, look for the following indicators:
The 2/2 and checkmark icon on your campaign, which signifies you have completed all the requirements for a campaign (typically Instagram stories and an in-feed post [carousel or reel]) and uploaded them to the platform.
To properly complete a campaign:
Create your required posts on the specified social media platform (e.g., Instagram post and story).
Include all required tags and hashtags in your post caption.
Log into your Hummingbirds account and navigate to the campaign dashboard.
Upload your content to the correct campaign, including both post and story links.
Submit your story link within 24 hours of posting while it's still active.
Verify that your submission meets all campaign requirements.
Accessing Campaign History
Your completed campaign will appear in your Campaign History section of the Hummingbirds platform (located under "My Profile") after the campaign due date.

What are Campaign Completion Rates?
Completion Rates are a tracker for how many campaigns you confirm your participation in and fully complete. This will be visible to you and to brands who are selecting birds for their campaigns.
Why do we have completion rates?
The majority of our hummingbirds are not only reliable and communicative but also truly outstanding advocates for all things local! Since anyone can sign up to be a hummingbird, we've implemented a system to help brands easily identify those who have proven reliability and a track record of successfully completing campaigns in the past.
If you've ever rented a unit on Airbnb or used Upwork to find contractors, they use a similar rating system to help customers make purchase decisions.
What if I completed a Campaign but it shows I didn't?
Completion rates started in February 2024. Any campaigns completed January 2024 and earlier will not count towards your completion rate, but brands will still be able to see the content from your past campaigns!
If you missed any requirement for completing the campaign after the deadline passes, it will automatically display as incomplete. This includes uploading Instagram stories, so make sure you upload your story link (or select your story for Enhanced Profiles) within 24 hours of posting.
For campaigns not marked as complete, you have up to 30 days from the campaign due date to request a review by selecting 'Request Review' in your Campaign History. Please include a detailed description of your reason for not completing the campaign. If you've emailed us or been in communication with our team about the campaign, we'll likely approve your request.
If you miss a content upload deadline due to technical issues (such as account connection problems), our support team may make accommodations. In these cases, the missed deadline may not count against your completion rate. Contact support immediately and you'll be encouraged to upload the content as soon as the technical issue is resolved.
If anything doesn't seem right in your account, please let us know so we can get it resolved!
What do Brands see?
When brands are reviewing hummingbirds who expressed interest in their campaign, they can hover over profile pictures to view completion rates. They're more likely to select birds with high completion rates, so these birds will get more opportunities!
Tips for Maintaining Good Completion Rates
To maintain a strong completion rate and increase your chances of being selected for campaigns:
Always submit your content before the campaign deadline
Double-check all required hashtags before posting
Upload your story links within 24 hours of posting
If you encounter any issues, contact support immediately for assistance
Keep track of your campaign requirements and deadlines
Keep a detailed calendar of all campaign posting requirements
Set reminders for each brand's specific content deadlines
Prioritize content creation and scheduling in advance
