About Enhanced Profiles

What is an Enhanced Profile?

An Enhanced Profile allows us to pull your campaign posts into our dashboard and get real time metrics to share with the brands!

Also, you'll receive a badge that's visible to brands, which may increase your chances of being selected for campaigns. Enhanced Profiles are often given priority in selection processes for brand campaigns.

How do I get an Enhanced Profile badge?

There are 3 things that are needed to get an Enhanced Profile badge:

  1. A personal Facebook Page (not profile) connected to your Instagram profile. To confirm you've got this head to your Instagram profile –> Edit profile. You'll see it in the Instagram Profile section.

  2. You'll need to be a Creator account on Instagram. Keep in mind that switching from a personal to a Creator Account does not visibly change anything about your account if you do not want it to. You can confirm you have a Creator account by checking if you have the option to select a category in your profile settings.

  3. The connected Facebook page cannot be a professional account. You can tell on most Facebook Professional accounts from their About page as it says "Digital Creator" or something similar. If it does not say that, you should be good.

If you've met all these requirements but still don't see the Enhanced Profile badge, try disconnecting and reconnecting your accounts. For the best experience, use a desktop computer and follow the step-by-step video tutorial provided carefully. Make sure to grant all required permissions during the process.

Please note that after upgrading to an Enhanced Profile, metrics will only be available for new posts made after the upgrade. Previous posts will not show data retroactively.

To check if you have successfully set up an Enhanced Profile, navigate to 'My Profile' and then 'Social Networks' to look for the enhanced profile badge. If you don't see the badge immediately after completing the upgrade process, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. There may be a slight delay in the system updating your profile status.
