What If I Miss a Campaign Requirement in My Reel or Post?

At the deadline of each campaign, the Hummingbirds HQ team reviews all content to ensure it meets the campaign requirements. If your content does not meet all requirements, here’s what to expect:

If You Miss a Requirement

• In most cases, we’ll ask you to redo or edit your content to include the missing requirement.

• Even if your post is performing well and has good engagement, you’ll still likely be asked to adjust or repost.

• If this is your first time making a mistake, or in rare circumstances, we may make an exception. However, this will be noted on your profile and could impact future selection for campaigns.

If You Couldn’t Find the Product In-Store

We understand that things don’t always go as planned! If you couldn’t find the product in-store and in-store content was required:

• Reach out to us or use the chatbot to let us know.

• Many campaigns include a backup plan for these situations, and when that’s used, we’ll note it on our end so you won’t be penalized.

If Something Else Prevented You From Meeting Requirements

Life happens! If there’s another reason you couldn’t meet a requirement:

• Email us at help@hummingbirds.com as soon as possible.

• We can discuss the situation and determine if an exception is possible.
